The Team of the new business unit Filling Technology - ready for new challenges and pioneering innovations.

The Minden-based mechanical engineering specialist Fricke Abfülltechnik GmbH & Co. KG is taking a strategically important step towards strengthening its market position by reorganizing its filling technology business unit (BU) as of January 1, 2025. Functions that were previously organized separately, such as sales, engineering, software development, production, support, and commissioning, will be combined into an independent organizational unit.

Bernd Fricke, Managing Partner of Fricke, explains the reasons for this step: “With this measure, we want to optimize internal processes, strengthen our innovative power and offer our customers solutions that are precisely tailored to their requirements.”

Dirk Novak, Chief Sales Officer (COO) BU Filling Technology (CSO), adds: “By bundling our expertise more closely, we will be able to help our customers realize significant competitive advantages even faster and more effectively in the future.”

Michael Krietemeier, Chief Operating Officer (COO) BU Filling Technology, is also enthusiastic: “Being part of such an integrated team is an exciting challenge. Our focus is on developing technical solutions that are both efficient and sustainable.”

Focus on innovation and service

The newly structured BU plays a key role in the company’s ongoing development. A primary focus lies in advancing control and automation technologies, as well as in the digitization of processes to meet the requirements of Industry 4.0. The goal is to sustainably increase the efficiency of production systems. Another focus is on expanding after-sales support to ensure smooth commissioning and uninterrupted operation of the systems. “We want our customers to benefit not only from high-quality products but also from a comprehensive service offering that guarantees seamless processes. That is why we are investing specifically in this area,” explains Bernd Fricke.
